We have worked with Smith Copper for over a decade, working with them as their requirements and locations have changed. In 2013, Smith Cooper relocated to St Helen’s House in Derby, a Grade I listed Georgian house. The house occupies a site of 1.28 acres and restoration work was undertaken by Richard Blunt, two times winner of the “Best Restoration of a Georgian Building in the UK award”. Office Care carried out a post-build deep clean and our dedicated cleaning team maintains the original features and modern interiors through their daily clean of the site. The building is open to the public during the year as well as clients all year round, we work hard to keep all the building looking fantastic! We also carry our periodic window cleaning and carpet cleaning on the building.

OfficeCare provides a wide range of high-quality manufacturing cleaning services to the site at Belper since 1998. Throughout the 17 year contract, we have continually invested in new innovative cleaning equipment and offered a flexible service to meet their changing needs over this period and the different environments at the site, from industrial factory cleaning, to detail office cleaning.
Having won the contract 10 years ago, we’ve subsequently re-tendered 3 times – our relationship with the Club ensures that the ground looks pristine all year round.
